You can request account and associated data deletion even if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in.

Request deletion by email
Email Kracxifypro@gmail.com with the subject KrackFit account deletion request. Include the email address you used to sign in to KrackFit and say you want your account and associated online data deleted.
This button opens your email app; the request is sent only when you press Send there. If it does not open, copy the address above into your email service. Never send your password, payment details or identity-document numbers. We verify account ownership through the registered email before processing deletion and reply about any additional steps or retention exceptions.
Request from the app
Open You → Settings → Delete account. Review the warning, confirm your current password through Authentication, type DELETE and confirm. If automatic deletion is unavailable, use the email route above. “Delete local fitness data” is a separate option that keeps your online account.
What is deleted
Your KrackFit account and associated cloud backups, community profile, posts, comments, likes, follows and uploaded media are removed. The app also removes that account’s fitness diary on the current device after the server confirms deletion. You need to remove exported files and records on other devices separately. Deletion is permanent. An interrupted automatic request may already have removed some media; contact support to finish it.
What can remain
Limited technical/security logs or infrastructure backups may remain under the retention periods and lawful exceptions stated in the KrackFit app privacy notice. Public copies or exports others already made are outside the app’s direct control. We explain any applicable retention exception when responding to a request.
Account deletion does not cancel an existing Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play separately. This free testing version starts no paid subscription or trial.
